Product Description

Rotary Vibrating screen is a multi-functional, high-efficiency screening equipment developed by the company for many years. The material is directly discharged, so it has a larger processing capacity.It is mainly used for powder removal and sieve loosening in the powder production line process.

Working Principle

The vibrating motor uses two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the shaft to change the rotational motion of the vibrating motor into multiple forces overlapping horizontally, vertically, obliquely, and centrifugally, and then transmits this force to the screen surface.

Straight screen is mostly used for coarse screening and precision screening of granules and powders in flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemical industry, non-mine industry, etc. It has large processing capacity and is easy to combine with production line.You can choose between 600mm and 1500mm.

A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
