Product Application

The swirling screen starts at a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, the rotation along the length of the machine is reduced to an elliptical path, and finally to the approximate linear motion of the discharge end. There is a unique slewing motion that imparts a combination of materials as the material passes along the surface of the screen.

This motion has no vertical component, thus keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface. The overall sealing structure, no dust overflow; no vertical vibration, the mesh has a longer service life.
