Introduction to Screw Conveyor.

CWLS type Spiral Conveyor is an continuous conveying equipments which applicable in the industries like metallurgy,building material,chemical industry,food.Screw conveyor is divided in two types of horizontal conveyor and vertical conveyor,its mainly used for all kinds of powder,particles,small block and loose material transport and vertical lifting,it is not suitable for conveying perishable material,high viscosity,easy to agglomerate or high temperature material,less pressure resistant,and have greater corrosive special material.

Advantage characteristics.

1. Flexible screw conveyor is flexible, allowing a multiple of configurations to suit application requirements.
2.The standard unit consists of an inlet, an outlet, a flexible spiral spring, a PPR hose, a motor and a hopper.
3.Two different types of spirals are available: round and flat.
4.The round spiral is the most commonly used for its maximum strength and flexibility. The flat spiral is used for applications requiring higher throughputs.

Application.

1)CWLS series Screw conveyors applicable to materiels of powder, block and short fibre, and widely used in chemical industry, rubber, plastic, madicine, light industry, metallurgy, building materiel, machinery , mine, food and other industries.

2)The materiels not only can be lifted, but also can be dried and cooled during the process of lifting.

Working Principle

The motor is driven by the motor to move the spiral to move the material to achieve the purpose of conveying.
